Yodith Gideon / Ethiopia

CEO & Expert on African Investment Opportunities at Supi Consulting

Originally from Ethiopia, Yodith is a dedicated advocate for economic empowerment and a serial entrepreneur with over 26 years of experience across industries such as retail, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and charity. Having lived in Europe for over two decades, she offers a unique perspective on the challenges faced by the African diaspora and the socio-economic policies that have historically marginalized the African middle class both on the continent and abroad.

Her work with the international community on social issues has provided Yodith with firsthand insight into the systemic barriers hindering economic progress. She is deeply committed to the idea that Africans must own their resources and build generational wealth to break free from the cycle of poverty and dependence on external assistance.

With a proven track record of helping business owners achieve their goals, Yodith is now focused on empowering the African diaspora to invest and establish businesses in Africa. Through her efforts, she aims to foster sustainable growth and community development, positioning herself as a key player in transforming the economic landscape of the continent.

Linda Manyeza / Zimbabwe

Founder of Food Masters Africa

Originally from Zimbabwe,Linda is the Founder of Food Masters Africa, an innovative company dedicated to fighting food waste by dehydrating imperfect fresh produce that would otherwise be discarded in landfills. Through her company, she manufactures nutritious dehydrated fruits, vegetables, and vegetable powders, promoting food security, sustainability, and improved nutrition across Africa.

With a focus on empowering small-scale farmers, women, and youth in rural, urban, and peri-urban communities, Linda is passionate about addressing Africa’s food waste challenges. She advocates for harnessing solar energy and modern techniques of food preservation to create pathways for improved livelihoods, greater food security, and income generation. Linda’s achievements include being a 2nd Runner-Up in the AGRA Value4Her Women Agripreneur of the Year Award in 2021 and being named “Woman of the Month” by the University of Johannesburg in 2020 for inspiring others and creating a better food system to mitigate food waste and hunger in Africa.

Recognized for her contributions to sustainable food systems, Linda continues to drive meaningful change across Africa, with a strong commitment to creating resilient food systems that enable communities to thrive.

François Xavier Kajyabwami / Rwanda

Président, ADED Suisse | Consultant, ASFADDI | Entrepreneur

François Xavier Kajyabwami is the President of ADED (Association pour le Développement Durable) in Switzerland since June 2023 and a consultant for ASFADDI (Association de Formation et d’Appui au Développement Durable et International) since October 2019. With over a decade of experience in sustainable development, François specializes in project studies, execution, and evaluation. He has previously held roles as Program Officer at FH Suisse from March 2013 to August 2019, and as a Coordinator for IRED (Innovation and Network for Development) in Geneva.

Originally from Rwanda, François has lived primarily in Switzerland, frequently traveling to his small business in Cameroon, where he raises chickens and pigs for commercial purposes. He brings valuable insight into both international development and entrepreneurship to the Neo Panther event task force.

The task force is leading the charge in driving Africa’s economic transformation by empowering both the diaspora and local communities to collaborate towards a prosperous and self-sustained future. The 1st Annual Conference will be a pivotal platform for this vision, focusing on actionable strategies that promote investment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth across the continent. With the dedicated efforts of the task force, this event aims to create impactful outcomes that will drive long-term development.

Osei G. Kofi / Ghana

Senior Coach and Strategic Communication Expert,

Osei G. Kofi, Ghanaian-born, is a Senior Coach at the Centre for Development Communication (CDC) in Washington, DC, with extensive expertise in strategic communication. He has facilitated high-level workshops for diplomats, government officials, and senior UN managers worldwide. Mr. Kofi has led Strategic Communication and Media Empowerment programs across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and the Caribbean, and advised African governments on international public information campaigns and donor conference preparations.

A former UNICEF public affairs team member in Sub-Saharan Africa, he contributed to global initiatives such as Child Survival and Development, Roll Back Malaria, and the fight against HIV/AIDS.

He also served as a foreign correspondent and senior editor for Reuters News Agency, with experience in crisis management in conflict zones across Africa including Angola, Burundi, Côte d’Ivoire, the DRC, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Liberia, Mozambique, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, and South Sudan.

An accomplished author, he has published several works, including the seminal Hello Africa… A Noble Continent in Painful Renaissance (2005). 

Nontobeko Zondi, Dr./ South Africa

The founder and CEO of Dr N Zondi’s Aesthetics and Wellness clinics

Dr. Zondi is a holistic health and wellness practitioner reshaping healthcare by shifting the focus from illness to wellness. After 13 years in traditional medicine, she became an elite personal trainer, combining her medical expertise with fitness to address wellness holistically, including mental and sexual health.

She works with patients, especially those with chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease, in the gym, helping them reduce medication, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life. Her personal story of overcoming obesity and her popular medical weight loss treatments have transformed many lives.

Dr. Zondi also advocates for men’s health challenges and sponsors elite athletes, especially runners from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them realize their potential in sports.

Future projects include establishing an agricultural school for children to combat malnutrition and promote nutrition, sports, and leadership.
